Memorials

H & HJ Huteson & Sons also operate a separate monumental masonry department with its own office and workshops under the supervision of Mr. Steve Siddle. We are able to assist in the design, production and erection of any type of traditional memorial for churchyards and cemeteries and also memorials specifically for cremated remains. We can also clean and refurbish existing memorials and add inscriptions to match the original lettering style. We can provide memorial insurance to cover the cost of repairs or replacement in the event of vandalism or accidental damage (compulsory in some cemeteries). As members of the National Association of Memorial Masons all work that we do is carried out to the standards laid down in their Code of Working Practice, including the use of fixing bolts and memorial anchors.
